Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your plan:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click on "Billing" in the sidebar
- Select "Change Plan"
- Choose your new plan and confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.
Warning: If you exceed your new plan's limits, API calls may be rejected. Review your usage before downgrading.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. Contact sales for details.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation:
- Your API keys will be deactivated
- Webhook subscriptions will be removed
- You can reactivate by subscribing to a new plan
