data.boutId is the id on /ufc/events/{slug}/bouts and /ufc/bouts/{id}; data.eventSlug and data.fighters[].fighterSlug are the /ufc ids. data.dedupeKey never changes for one event: use it as your idempotency key. UFC includes DWCS and Road to UFC (data.series).
Card started. Once per card, at the opening bell of its first fight (first round clock seen).
